Support for your Family.

We understand behaviour as a form of communication that can reflect a child’s needs, emotions and attempts to make sense of their world. Every child is unique, so we work closely with families to explore the reasons behind the behaviour with curiosity and compassion.

Drawing on more than 25 years of experience supporting children and families, our ConnectFirst™ Framework brings together behavioural science, developmental psychology, neuroscience and relationship-based practice.

Together, we identify triggers, unmet needs, patterns and environmental factors that may be influencing your child’s behaviour. We then develop practical, individualised strategies that support connection, regulation and meaningful change.

Susan

“From our very first conversation, Meg made us feel heard and understood. She took the time to see our child as a whole person, not simply a collection of behaviours. For the first time in a long time, we felt hopeful. The strategies were practical, compassionate and made a meaningful difference for our entire family.”

Rachel

“Meg is warm, responsive and highly knowledgeable. She communicates clearly with families and the broader support team, and her recommendations are practical, person-centred and easy to implement. The family felt supported throughout the process, and I felt confident knowing they were in capable and caring hands.”

Sally

“Meg helped us understand what the child was communicating through their behaviour. Her guidance changed the way our team responded and helped us create a calmer, safer and more connected environment. Her compassion for the child, family and educators was evident in every interaction.”
